PingPlotter Cloud - Notice history

We want to inform you that tomorrow (01/31/24) afternoon, starting at 15:00 MST (22:00 UTC), we will be performing essential infrastructure updates.

These updates are necessary to improve our services and ensure reliable performance in the long term. Should the updates go as planned, any potential downtime is expected to be minimal.

We anticipate a brief interruption lasting approximately 2 to 5 minutes. Rest assured that our team is working diligently to minimize any impact on your experience.

During the scheduled maintenance window, some functions of our platform may experience intermittent unavailability. Specific behavior you might see are issues relating to both Traces and Agents. Agents may show offline (when they should be online and available). Traces will show their recorded data, but will 'pause' and stop updating while the upgrade is underway, these will resume once our systems are back up and running. Our team will be monitoring the situation closely, and once the updates are completed, we will promptly update this space to notify you of their successful implementation.
